Shipping and Returns
UPS Ground shipping to the Continental USA (48 states) is only $5.00 for the entire order. If you would like to change your shipping method you may do so in the shopping cart. If you live outside the Continental USA, additional charges will be applied in the shopping cart.
We use United Parcel Service (UPS) for all shipping in continental US. We also offer US Postal Service as an option for shipping to Alaska and Hawaii, and use USPS exclusively for shipping to APO/FPO addresses. You can get an instant shipping quote for these locations by simply entering your zip code on the shopping cart page.
All our orders are now shipped out of our west coast e-commerce order fulfillment center. This assures rapid and accurate shipping of your order. Most orders ship the same day the order is received. For most shipment options, you'll see an estimated delivery date. This date is based on estimated delivery times provided to us from UPS and USPS. APO/FPO Orders only ship via USPS and may be delayed by up to one business day. We try hard to get your order to you in the estimated time. UPS meets their delivery estimates approximately 97% of the time.
We cannot ship CO2 cartridges or inflators that come with cartridges or any volatile materials such as certain lubricants via air.
Canadian Shipping
We use United Parcel Service (UPS) and USPS International Airmail Parcel Post for shipping to Canada. We recommend UPS because brokerage fees are included in the shipping cost, a tracking number is provided, and shipping and customs clearance is significantly faster. To get a shipping quote, simply type your postal code into the form on the shopping cart page. You may also be required to pay import duty, local taxes, and brokerage fees (if USPS). These will be collected at the time of delivery. Please check with your local authorities to determine the amount before ordering. We attach an invoice to the outside of the box with a detailed description of the products to reduce customs delays, but occasionally orders are still delayed in customs for up to several weeks.
International Shipping
We do not currently ship to locations outside the United States and Canada.
Return/Exchange Policy
We offer a 30 day satisfaction guarantee on all the products we sell. If you're not satisfied with the product, return it back to us for a refund, exchange or credit. All we ask is that you try to keep all packing materials and, where possible, send the product back to us in as-new condition. No return authorization number is necessary. Just ship it back to us with a note indicating how you'd like us to handle the return.
